1. If you are ordering items, you can use the message area below or your own email. 2. We usually confirm orders before e-invoicing.
3. We send e-invoices through PayPal for your payment convenience and security. This requires a valid credit card, your paypal account may be used if you have one.
PLEASE NOTE: confirmation of your payment to us from PayPal initiates the shipping process.
4. Look for your e-invoice in your email and follow the instructions.
5. Please remember that prices are in U.S. currency and international shipping rates apply to international orders. PayPal will figure exchange rates where applicable.
International orders that are not paid through PayPal may be charged an additional $25 fee due to certain bank fees imposed on the RBO. This may depend on the type of check used. Using PayPal guarantees that you will not pay this $25 fee.
6. If you are in a hurry for your order, please request the use of USPS Priority as your shipping method.
7. If you have a very urgent need, please request your order to be sent with USPS Express. An urgency fee of $8 applies to the express shipping method as well as actual shipping cost.
8. Actual express shipping cost is determined prior to e-invoicing and in some rare instances may be available only during regular post office hours.
9. Your privacy is important to us and we use your information for internal purposes only. We do not share your information or email with anyone and never sell this information to anyone.
10. If you are sending an inquiry about a product or an order, our usual response/confirmation time is 1-3 business days.
11. If you are volunteering to be a carrier for the Dutch Delivery, please include your phone number.
