INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please contact us before returning any product!
DOMESTIC AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: 1. Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned if postmarked within 21 days of receipt of said item via the U.S. Postal Service. We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage. Please state the reason for the return on the enclosed packing slip or a separate piece of paper and send it with the item being returned. Also, please notify us by emailing: rbo@bookbox.org
**Please note that damaged items may be subject to our inspection process, will not be issued a refund and will be replaced with same item originally chosen.
2. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, etc.), if return postmarked within 14 days of receipt and received in salable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only. Any item postmarked after 14 days of receipt may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion and may be issued an in-store credit only, also at our disretion. A brief note as to why the item was not acceptable would be helpful. Please include your name and address inside the package as well as the outside. Please package your return carefully and send it to the address below. Email notification to us is required, please notify us at: returns@bookbox.org
3. Imprinted items may NOT be returned for replacement or refund, unless the imprint or item is defective.
4. CDs may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement with the same item.
5. Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion. This includes items shipped via Dutch Delivery.
6. Any item damaged, lost or stolen in transit using the Dutch Delivery shipment method will not be refunded. Incorrect items may be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in salable condition for a replacement or refund. A reason of 'arrived too late' will not be an acceptable reason for return if this shipment method is used.
How long will it take to get an order replaced?
Please allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2-4 weeks for the new package to arrive at your address. For more information, please feel free to email us at rbo@bookbox.org
